Scope
Production Director
Direction might look easy until you realize, one needs to be very good with communicating their thoughts, so that its easy to understand, work upon and even tone the criticism to make better outcomes.
Challenge
Each project required to navigate ideas with talents and team.
Solution
The only thing that helped in structing was making it simple to explain, mocking direction and guiding them through the scripts.
